ICA Åkeri växer i Linköping och söker en teamchef som vill leda det dagliga arbetet och utveckla våra medarbetare. Du bidrar till säkra, effektiva och hållbara transporter som skapar värde för ICA:s butiker och kunder. Ditt uppdrag Du har personal-, arbetsmiljö- och verksamhetsansvar för medarbetarna i Linköping. Du leder och följer upp driften, coachar teamet och skapar struktur, engagemang och goda resultat. Tillsammans med chaufförer, kollegor och samarbetspartners utvecklar du arbetssätt och säkerställer leveranser med hög kvalitet och effektivitet. Beredskap ingår enligt fastställt schema. Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet av att leda medarbetare eller team inom transport, logistik, produktion eller annan operativ verksamhet. Kan planera, prioritera och följa upp arbete i en verksamhet med högt tempo. Kommunicerar tydligt, skapar förtroende och samarbetar väl. Arbetar strukturerat, tar ansvar för drift och resultat och omsätter utmaningar i fungerande lösningar.

Meriterande Erfarenhet av bemanning, schemaläggning eller arbetsmiljöarbete. C- eller CE-körkort.
