Då är det dig vi söker som Teamlead till vår Flyttavdelning på Sector Alarm! Om rollen Flyttavdelningen hjälper befintliga kunder som ska flytta genom att säkerställa en smidig övergång av deras larmtjänst till den nya bostaden. Avdelningen arbetar både med att ge kunderna en god upplevelse i flyttprocessen och att identifiera möjligheter att behålla och utveckla kundrelationen. Som Teamlead på Flyttavdelningen ansvarar du för den operativa driften. Du leder ett team av sju agenter, som arbetar mot både befintliga och potentiellt nya kunder, med fokus på motivation, rutinefterlevnad och resultatuppföljning. Rollen innebär att du coachar medarbetarna i deras kunddialoger och försäljning, samt håller regelbundna 1:1-samtal för att säkerställa individuell utveckling, välmående och en hög prestation över tid. Du introducerar även nya medarbetare för att säkerställa att de kommer in i arbetet på ett bra sätt. Utöver ledarskapsansvaret är du också operativ i den dagliga produktionen och stöttar teamet i det löpande arbetet. På så sätt bidrar du både till teamets resultat och till att säkerställa en hög kvalitet i kundhanteringen. Som Teamlead ansvarar du även för teamets nyckeltal, driver förbättringsinitiativ och presenterar resultat samt insikter för andra avdelningar. Rollen rapporterar till Inhouse Sales Manager. Du är lösningsorienterad, trygg i dig själv och trivs med att ta ansvar. Samtidigt gillar du tydliga ramar och struktur, men uppskattar även tempoväxlingar i vardagen. Kvalifikationer Erfarenhet inom försäljning eller kundservice Tidigare ledarerfarenhet med personalansvar Goda kunskaper i Excel och CRM-system God svenska och engelska i tal och skrift Prickfri i polisens belastningsregister

Praktiskt Tillsvidareanställning på 100 %. Vi tillämpar sex månaders provanställning. Arbetstid måndag–fredag, kl. 08.00 – 17.00 Arbete på plats i nya fräscha lokaler i Citygate.
