Är du en person som gillar att ta ansvar, stötta andra och få saker att fungera i vardagen? Har du erfarenhet från butik och trivs med att arbeta nära både kunder och kollegor? Då kan rollen som Teamleader hos oss på Gottebiten vara något för dig. Som Teamleader är du butikschefens närmaste stöd i det dagliga arbetet och en viktig del av butikens drift. Du arbetar nära teamet på butiksgolvet och bidrar till att skapa struktur, god service och en välfungerande vardag för både kunder och kollegor. Rollen innebär ett utökat ansvar i den dagliga verksamheten där du stöttar teamet, säkerställer att rutiner och arbetssätt följs samt bidrar till att butiken når sina mål. Vid behov ansvarar du för den dagliga driften när butikschefen inte är på plats. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

Arbeta operativt i butiken med försäljning, kundservice och varuhantering.

Leda och fördela det dagliga arbetet i butiken.

Motivera teamet för att skapa engagemang och goda resultat.

Vara en förebild i kundmötet och bidra till en hög servicenivå.

Säkerställa att rutiner, riktlinjer och arbetssätt följs.

Arbeta aktivt med exponering, produktplacering och försäljningsutveckling.

Bidra till en välfungerande drift och ett gott samarbete i teamet.

Krav och kvalifikationer: Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet från handeln och som tycker om att arbeta tillsammans med andra för att nå gemensamma mål. Du är ansvarstagande, kommunikativ och har förmågan att prioritera när tempot är högt. Du ser vad som behöver göras, tar egna initiativ och bidrar till en positiv arbetsmiljö. Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift, är ett krav.
