The posting

MIAB söker Teamledare till vårt område i Alingsås som växer med fler kunder och medarbetare. I rollen som Teamledare kommer du att planera, utföra, följa upp och kvalitetssäkra lokalvården på tilldelat område. Du bemannar med vikarier när så behövs samt säkerställer att kund och personal har en bra dag på jobbet! Tjänsten innebär att du har kundkontakt vilket ställer höga krav på känslan för service med omtanke, vilket också är MIABs ledord. I rollen kommer du även att utöva lokalvård till viss del hos våra kunder under din arbetsdag om så krävs. Du är flexibel och är alltid beredd att hoppa in i rollen som lokalvårdare om så behövs för att säkerställa leverans till kund. Du arbetar tillsammans med kollegor med samma befattning och rapporterar till Driftchef. Vi förflyttar för mellan våra kunder i bil vilket kräver att du har körkort för manuell bil och kör på ett tryggt och säkert sätt. Arbetet innebär även att arbeta i våra system som kräver datakunskap. Språkkrav för tjänsten: Svenska Svenska språket är ett krav med att kunna tala, läsa och kommunicera med enkelt språk. Om dig: Du är kvalitetsmedveten, ordningsam, ansvarstagande och positiv. Du har lätt för att arbeta både individuellt samt i grupp. Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av lokalvård och innehar SRY, Pryl eller INSTA 800 utbildning. Även ledarskapsutbildning är meriterande. Om oss: MIAB AB har bedrivit lokalvård sedan 1979, vilket har gett oss en bred och gedigen erfarenhet av att utföra lokalvård i såväl offentlig som privat företagsmiljö. Vi arbetar flexibelt och proaktivt, alltid med ett professionellt utförande och uppträdande med kunden i fokus. MIAB Facility Services är en del av MIAB-gruppen. MIAB gruppen omsätter idag ca 1 miljard SEK och har 4800 anställda.
