Red city buses AB söker en engagerad och serviceinriktad teamledare för försäljning. Du leder och stöttar försäljningsteamet i det dagliga arbetet och arbetar själv aktivt med försäljning och kundservice. Du bidrar till att teamet når sina försäljningsmål och att kunderna får ett professionellt bemötande. Arbetsuppgifter

Planera och samordna försäljningsteamets dagliga arbete.

Coacha och stötta medarbetare inom försäljning och kundservice.

Introducera nya medarbetare i produkter, arbetssätt och försäljningsrutiner.

Delta aktivt i försäljningen och hjälpa kunder med frågor om företagets tjänster.

Följa upp försäljningsresultat och rapportera till ansvarig chef.

Bidra med förbättringsförslag för försäljning, kundservice och interna rutiner.

Samarbeta med övriga delar av verksamheten för att säkerställa en god kundupplevelse.

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av försäljning och kundservice samt förmåga att leda, motivera och organisera ett team. Du är ansvarstagande, strukturerad och kommunikativ och trivs med att arbeta mot gemensamma mål. Tidigare erfarenhet av arbetsledning eller en samordnande roll är meriterande. Språkkunskaper: Anställningsvillkor

Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid. Arbetsplatsen är Skeppsbron 13 i Stockholm. Arbete på andra platser inom verksamheten kan förekomma. Arbetstid: Tillträde: Enligt överenskommelse. Ansökan
