Annelies Hemtjänstteam AB söker en engagerad och trygg teamledare till vår verksamhet i Nacka/Saltsjöbaden. Vi är ett lokalt och familjärt företag som arbetar i mindre geografiska team. Om rollen Som teamledare har du en central roll i att leda, stötta och utveckla ditt team och skapa struktur och kvalitet i den dagliga verksamheten. I rollen ingår bland annat att:

arbetsleda och stötta medarbetarna i ditt team

planera och följa upp bemanning, scheman och kundinsatser

hålla teamträffar och vid behov leda APT

genomföra utvecklingssamtal med medarbetarna i teamet

följa upp kvalitet, arbetssätt och KPI:er

hantera uppföljningar och svåra samtal med medarbetare

introducera och följa upp nyanställda

ha kontakt med kunder, anhöriga, kommun och andra samarbetspartners

bidra till verksamhetens kvalitets- och utvecklingsarbete

vid behov utföra hemtjänstinsatser hos våra kunder.

Vi söker dig som är engagerad, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad, med god förmåga att leda och kommunicera med andra. Du är trygg i ditt ledarskap, skapar förtroende och trivs med att kombinera personalledning, administration och arbete nära kunderna. Krav:

Undersköterska med skyddad yrkestitel

Minst 3 års erfarenhet som teamledare/samordnare i hemtjänsten

God datorvana samt erfarenhet av planerings- och bemanningssystem samt Microsoft 365

Meriterande:

Erfarenhet av arbete inom hemtjänsten

Vi erbjuder
