Teamledare Sälj, en säljande ledarroll hos en av våra kunder i Västra Götaland Vill du leda utan att sluta sälja? Då är det här rollen för dig. Som teamledare säljer du fortfarande själv, mot ett eget mål, och coachar samtidigt ett team i fält. Du är förebilden som visar att det går. Vi rekryterar åt en av våra kunder, ett företag som säljer larm och säkerhetslösningar till villahushåll. De bygger nu upp sin säljorganisation i team, och rollen som teamledare är helt ny. Du är med och formar den.

Det här gör du Säljer själv enligt ett individuellt mål. Leder och coachar 5–6 fältsäljare i ditt eget team, med medåkning, medlyssning och löpande feedback. Är närmaste stöd och fadder för nya säljare från dag ett, och introducerar dem tillsammans med utbildningsansvarig. Genomför fältdag i bilen med kandidater under urvalet och lämnar din bedömning. Följer teamets nyckeltal (dörrar, demos och avslut) och flaggar tidigt när någon behöver stöd. Rapporterar teamets aktivitet och resultat varje vecka. Rapporterar till VD.

Det här tar du med dig Ett bevisat säljresultat som fältsäljare, gärna inom larm, säkerhet eller annan direktförsäljning. Du vill fortsätta sälja själv. Rollen är inte ett steg bort från fältet. Du kan coacha och ge feedback utan att ta över affären. Du är trovärdig i bilen med en ny kollega en hel arbetsdag. Du är uthållig och stabil över tid, inte bara under enstaka toppmånader. Du är strukturerad nog att följa upp siffror och lämna underlag i tid. B-körkort.

Det här får du Garantilön och provisionstrappa för din egen försäljning, plus en del kopplad till teamets resultat. Möjligheten att bygga ett team från grunden, tillsammans med de nya startgrupperna. Ett tydligt mål för de första månaderna: egen försäljning igång inom 30 dagar, teamet bemannat och en fast coachingrytm efter 60, och full fart inom 90.
