Om tjänsten Som Tech Lead hos vår kund spelar du en nyckelroll i att utveckla och skala upp bolagets produkt. Du arbetar nära arkitekter och produktledning samtidigt som du leder ditt team i det dagliga tekniska arbetet. Rollen erbjuder en god balans mellan aktiv mjukvaruutveckling och tekniskt ledarskap, där du löser komplexa utmaningar, sätter detaljerad arkitektur och driver drivande initiativ för kontinuerlig förbättring. Bolagets produkt är ett komplett, webbaserat ledningssystem utformat för att optimera och förenkla verksamhetsstyrning. Plattformen är utvecklad i en modern teknikstack (C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server, Angular och JavaScript) och samlar dokument, projekt, ärenden, processer samt mål på ett och samma ställe, alltid tillgängligt med ett enkelt klick. Arbetsuppgifter Teknisk utveckling med fokus på teknisk transition och förbättring av kodbasen för att skapa bättre förutsättningar för hela teamet att leverera. Ge stöd och vägledning till teamet i utvecklandet av tekniska lösningar genom att analysera och följa upp förändringar, för att säkerställa långsiktigt hållbara lösningar. Skapa detaljerade tekniska specifikationer och krav för implementering av lösningar. Coacha och leda kollegor i hur tekniska lösningar bör implementeras. Samverka med produktägare och övrig teknisk ledning för att definiera roadmap och strategiska utvecklingsplaner.

Vi söker dig som Har minst fem års erfarenhet av webbutveckling med starka kunskaper i C# och .NET. Akademisk utbildning inom IT, gärna på master nivå. Erfarenhet av att arbeta med tekniska transitioner, exempelvis migrering till .NET Core. Erfarenhet av modern webbutveckling. Erfarenhet av att samarbeta i team i större utvecklingsprojekt. Stark analytisk förmåga och ett stort engagemang för Clean Code.

Det är meriterande om du har Erfarenhet av JavaScript-ramverk som Angular och TypeScript. Erfarenhet av SQL Server och Entity Framework. Erfarenhet från arbete på produktbolag eller inom konsultbranschen. Erfarenhet av ASP.NET, HTML och CSS.
