Vi söker nu en Technical Documentation Specialist till ett långsiktigt konsultuppdrag i Karlskrona. Här får du möjligheten att arbeta i en verksamhet med avancerad teknik och bidra till att viktig teknisk dokumentation hanteras, kvalitetssäkras och tillgängliggörs enligt gällande krav och standarder. OM JOBBETI rollen som Technical Documentation Specialist ansvarar du för att säkerställa att teknisk dokumentation kopplad till produktionsutrustning hanteras på ett strukturerat och korrekt sätt. Du kommer att arbeta nära både interna funktioner och externa leverantörer och vara en viktig del i arbetet med att skapa ordning och kvalitet i dokumentationsflödet. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter innebär att: Samordna och följa upp dokumentationsleveranser från leverantörer. Säkerställa att dokumentation uppfyller lagkrav, standarder och interna riktlinjer. Hantera registrering, lagring och arkivering av tekniska dokument. Vara ett stöd i projekt kopplade till maskininvesteringar och förändringar av produktionsutrustning. Utveckla och förbättra arbetssätt och processer inom dokumenthantering. Ge support till användare och bidra med utbildning inom PLM/Windchill. Skapa, administrera och underhålla produktstrukturer samt metadata i relevanta system.

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du: Är strukturerad, noggrann och metodisk i ditt arbetssätt. Har ett genuint intresse för teknik och industriell verksamhet. Trivs med att ta eget ansvar och driva ditt arbete framåt. Har god samarbetsförmåga och uppskattar många kontaktytor. Behärskar svenska och engelska i tal och skrift. Har goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office.

Det är meriterande om du även har: Erfarenhet av teknisk dokumentation. Erfarenhet av dokumenthanteringssystem. Kunskap inom PLM/Windchill. Kännedom om maskindirektivet.
