Som Technical Support Engineer hos Speed Identity blir du en nyckelperson som löser komplexa, verksamhetskritiska problem för kunder i över 90 länder. Från avancerade live-registreringssystem som används av myndigheter världen över till högpresterande datainsamling med kompromisslös kvalitet, gör vi identitetshantering säker, effektiv och tillförlitlig. Vår teknik är utvecklad och tillverkad i Sverige, håller världsklass och används i verksamhetskritiska applikationer globalt över 90 länder. Uppdraget och rollen Som Technical Support Engineer hos Speed Identity arbetar du på en djup teknisk nivå för att säkerställa att komplexa, uppkopplade system fungerar felfritt. Rollen kräver ett strukturerat och analytiskt angreppssätt där du analyserar data, läser loggar och återskapar miljöer för att hitta grundorsaken till avvikelser. Du kommer inte att arbeta som fälttekniker ute på vägarna, utan du utgår från kontoret och agerar teknisk expert och rådgivare i nära samarbete med tekniker och mjukvaruutvecklare. Arbetsuppgifter Felsöka och diagnostisera problem på hårdvaru-, firmware- och systemnivå med hjälp av loggar och sensordata för att hitta bakomliggande orsaker (root causes). Genomföra systemdriftsättningar, konfigurationsuppdateringar samt kontrollerade uppgraderingar av program- och hårdvara. Samarbeta tätt med systemsupportingenjörer och utvecklare för att lösa komplexa problem. Återskapa problem som rapporterats av kunder samt tillhandahålla verifierade åtgärder eller tillfälliga lösningar (workarounds). Dokumentera tekniska resultat, felorsaksanalyser (RCA-rapporter) och korrigerande åtgärder. Stödja kundaktiviteter, inklusive acceptanstester, pilotinstallationer och utrullningar. Övervaka systemhälsan och proaktivt rekommendera underhåll eller förbättringar. Utbildning och feedback: Stötta frontlinjepersonalen (förstalinjens support) och bidra med insikter till produkt- och utvecklingsteamen.

Vi tror att du är en nyfiken och lösningsorienterad person som trivs med tekniskt detektivarbete. Du tar eget ansvar, behåller lugnet under press och motiveras av att bygga en djup produktförståelse. För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har: Utbildning: Eftergymnasial teknisk utbildning, exempelvis som högskoleingenjör eller motsvarande YH-utbildning. Erfarenhet: Cirka 3 års erfarenhet från en ingenjörsroll med kunskap av felsökning på hårdvara/elektromekanisk utrustning. Teknisk bredd: En god förståelse för hur firmware och mjukvara integrerar med fysiska komponenter/kringutrustning, främst i Windowsmiljö men gärna också i Linux. Kundfokus: Ett serviceorienterat förhållningssätt och erfarenhet av att arbeta direkt med kunder. Språk: Mycket god förmåga att kommunicera professionellt på både svenska och engelska, i såväl tal som skrift. Körkort: B-körkort.
