Som Technology & Development Engineer ansvarar du för att planera, leda och följa upp tekniska projekt inom Metsä Tissue, från förstudie och projektering till genomförande, driftsättning och avslut. Du ingår i Teamet för Technology & Development och rapporterar direkt till Technical Manager. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Leda och delta i investerings-, förbättringsprojekt samt förstudier. Ta fram projektplaner, tidplaner, budgetar, riskanalyser och beslutsunderlag. Samordna interna resurser, leverantörer, entreprenörer och tekniska specialister. Följa upp projektens framdrift, ekonomi och resultat.

Vilken typ av kompetens söker vi? Vi söker dig som har en högskole- eller civilingenjörsexamen, alternativt motsvarande erfarenhet som bedöms likvärdig. Du har erfarenhet av projektledning och känner dig trygg i att driva flera aktiviteter parallellt. Du kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift, och har god vana av digitala projektverktyg och Office-program. Som person är du strukturerad, drivande och resultatinriktad. Du trivs i en verksamhet med högt tempo och många kontaktytor. Du är en tydlig kommunikatör som skapar engagemang och goda samarbeten samtidigt som du har ett analytiskt och lösningsorienterat förhållningssätt. Det är meriterande ifall du har erfarenhet inom pappers- och massa eller annan processindustri. Även erfarenhet av investeringsprojekt inom tillverkande industri är meriterande.
