Om rollen Som tekniker hos oss arbetar du brett inom hela pappersbruket och är en del av driftledningen. Du bidrar till att utveckla teknik, arbetssätt och processer med fokus på produktion, kvalitet och arbetsmiljö. Arbetsuppgifterna i huvudsak består av operativ ledning och planering, optimering och utveckling. Du ingår i driftledningen för Pappersbruket och rapporterar till Linjechef. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: Driva teknisk utveckling och förbättringsarbete i verksamheten

Delta i och leda projekt, utredningar och rotorsaksanalyser (RCA)

Planera, genomföra och följa upp provkörningar i produktionen

Arbeta med kundreklamationer och kvalitetsfrågor

Säkerställa att rutiner, arbetssätt och arbetsmiljöarbete följs, tillsammans med Personalledare och Linjechef

Bidra till att nå verksamhetens mål samt att avdelningens resurser utnyttjas på bästa sätt

Stötta övriga befattningar inom avdelningen vid behov

Du samarbetar nära kollegor, ledning och produktion samt är delaktig i arbetsmiljöfrågor och riskanalyser. Är du den vi söker? För att lyckas i rollen har du:

Gymnasieutbildning (gärna teknisk inriktning)

Erfarenhet från massa- eller pappersindustrin

Om Nordic Paper Nordic Paper är en skandinavisk specialpappersproducent som tillverkat högkvalitativt papper sedan slutet av 1800-talet. Vi har fem pappersbruk belägna i Bäckhammar, Åmotfors, Säffle, Greåker (Norge) och Québec (Kanada). Huvudkontoret finns i Karlstad. Vi tillverkar kraftpapper som bland annat används till bärkassar, säckar och förpackningar, samt naturligt greaseproofpapper, vilket är ett fettresistent papper vars användningsområden främst är inom livsmedelsindustrin, exempelvis som bakplåtspapper. Efterfrågan på pappersbaserade produkter ökar ständigt och vårt högkvalitativa papper är ett hållbart och miljövänligt alternativ.
