Smart Parkering Sverige AB har idag hand om parkeringsövervakning, drift och förvaltning av garage och parkeringsanläggningar. Detta gör vi på uppdrag av fastighetsägare, bostadsrättsföreningar och förvaltningsföretag. Vi tillhandahåller smarta skräddarsydda digitala och miljövänliga lösningar samt marknadens kundvänligaste plattform. Vi är verksamma på flera orter runt om i landet med ett huvudkontor i Stockholm. Med miljö och teknik i fokus skapar vi framtidens parkering! Smart Parkering Sverige AB söker nu en duktig tekniker/skyltmonterare till våra uppdrag i Stockholm med omnejd. Information om tjänsten: Att arbeta som tekniker hos Smart Parkering innebär att du underhåller parkeringar och garage. Tjänsten passar dig som är tekniskt lagd och med fördel har tidigare erfarenhet av parkeringsbranschen, fastighetsbranschen eller liknande arbete och trivs med mycket utomhusarbete. Du bör även vara duktig på att samarbeta med andra befattningar och kunder. Arbetet är på heltid och inleds med en provanställning på 6 månader. Arbetet utgår från något av våra kontor i Hallunda eller Järfälla och vid anställningens start erhåller du en intern utbildning i system och arbetssätt. Arbetet förutsätter från en tid till annan resor i tjänsten och är förlagd som standard måndag-fredag 07-16 eller 08-17 men kan komma att variera beroende på uppdragens utformning och lokalisering. Vi tillämpar individuell lönesättning enligt kollektivavtal i spannet mellan 30 000 - 38 000 kr / mån. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter: Skyltmontering och demontering Linjemålning Beställning och fakturahantering inom ansvarsområdet Inventering och hantering av lager och material Administration, t.ex. skriftligt underlag på beställda och utförda tjänster Löpande dialog med interna och externa parter

Kvalifikationer: Innehaft manuellt B-körkort i minst 2 år Goda kunskaper i Office-paketet Goda kunskaper i svenska i både tal och skrift Erfarenhet från parkeringsbranschen och LKOP är meriterande Andra språk och utbildningar är meriterande
