Är du en erfaren mekaniker med solid yrkeskompetens och vill ta ansvar för den tekniska driften i ett spännande företag? Norskap AB söker en teknisk chef som kommer vara en viktig resurs i vår verksamhet inom transport och påbyggnation. Detta är en tillsvidareanställning.

Om tjänsten: Som teknisk chef på Norskap AB kommer du att ha ansvar för planering, uppföljning och genomförande av tekniskt arbete på fordon och påbyggnader. Du kommer bidra till att säkerställa hög kvalitet, bra drift och effektiva arbetsprocesser. Tjänsten kräver att du kan arbeta självständigt, ta initiativ och hitta bra lösningar på tekniska utmaningar.

Norskap AB startade som ett servicebolag i Oslo och har utvecklats till ett mycket stabilt företag. Vårt huvudfokus är produktion av påbyggnader och containrar. Vi levererar bland annat Thermo påbyggnader som är ATP / FRC och FNA godkända. Vi har egen fabrik som sedan 1973 har producerat kvalitetsprodukter för lager och transport. Några av våra kunder är DB Schenker, Posten/Bring samt en del enbilsägare.

Arbetsuppgifter: - Teknisk uppföljning av lastbilar, släpvagnar och påbyggnader - Felsökning, reparation och underhåll - Planering och koordinering av verkstadsarbete - Uppföljning av service- och underhållsrutiner - Kontakt med leverantörer och samarbetspartners - Bidra till kontinuerlig förbättring av tekniska lösningar och arbetsprocesser - Säkerställa att arbete utförs enligt gällande krav och standarder

Kvalifikationer: - Yrkesbevis som lantbruksmekaniker, lastbilsmekaniker eller motsvarande - Flera års relevant erfarenhet från verkstad, transport eller påbyggnader - God teknisk förståelse och erfarenhet av felsökning - Erfarenhet av hydraulik, pneumatik och elektriska system är en fördel - Körkort klass B, gärna även C/CE

Personliga egenskaper: - Självgående och ansvarstagande - Strukturerad och lösningsfokuserad - Praktiskt lagd med hög genomförandeförmåga - Bra samarbetsförmåga - Förmåga att prioritera och hantera flera uppgifter samtidigt
