Vi söker nu, för vår kunds räkning, en teknisk Customer Support till ett snabbväxande SaaS-bolag. Det här är rollen för dig som trivs när ingen dag är den andra lik. Du gillar att förstå hur saker fungerar på riktigt, och du drivs av att lösa problem – inte bara snabbt, utan smart. Om rollen Hos vår kund blir du en central del av kundupplevelsen. Du är länken mellan användare, produkt och teknik. Du spelar en avgörande roll i att säkerställa att kunderna får ut maximalt värde av plattformen. Du kommer inte bara svara på frågor, du kommer att felsöka, guida och påverka. Rollen innebär också ett nära samarbete med utveckling och produkt, där din input bidrar till att forma framtida lösningar. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

Felsöka tekniska problem och hjälpa kunder framåt via telefon och chatt

Kommunicera lösningar på ett tydligt och pedagogiskt sätt

Identifiera mönster i supportärenden och bidra till förbättringar

Vara med och utveckla och effektivisera supportprocesser

Vi tror att du:

Erfarenhet av SaaS, teknisk support eller liknande roll

Har ett genuint tekniskt intresse och gillar att förstå system på djupet

Trivs i en dynamisk miljö där allt inte är helt definierat

Har ett entreprenöriellt mindset och tar egna initiativ

Är lösningsorienterad och gillar att ta ansvar

Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och mycket goda kunskaper i engelska

Det är meriterande om du har:

Grundläggande kunskaper inom API, integrationer eller databaser

Erfarenhet från snabbväxande bolag eller startupmiljö
