Leading Light söker en engagerad och lösningsorienterad teknisk innesäljare. Du får en central roll i kontakten med våra kunder och återförsäljare och hjälper dem att hitta rätt lösning utifrån sina tekniska och praktiska behov. Om tjänsten Som teknisk innesäljare arbetar du nära våra kunder, återförsäljare och samarbetspartner. Du lyssnar in kundens behov, ger teknisk rådgivning och tar fram lämpliga lösningar inom styrsystem och smart belysning. Du blir en viktig länk mellan kunden, försäljningen och vår tekniska verksamhet. Rollen passar dig som tycker om att skapa relationer, lösa problem och göra teknik begriplig och användbar för kunden. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Ha löpande kontakt med kunder och återförsäljare via telefon, e-post och digitala möten Identifiera kundernas behov och föreslå lämpliga tekniska lösningar Ta fram offerter, produktförslag och lösningsbeskrivningar Ge teknisk rådgivning och stöd före, under och efter en affär Följa upp offerter, förfrågningar och pågående kundprojekt Skapa och utveckla långsiktiga relationer med kunder och återförsäljare Samarbeta med kollegor inom försäljning, teknik och produktutveckling Bidra med kundernas synpunkter och behov i utvecklingen av våra produkter och lösningar

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som är tekniskt intresserad, kommunikativ och affärsmässig. Du tycker om att prata med människor, skapa nya kontakter och hitta lösningar som ger ett tydligt värde för kunden. Du arbetar strukturerat, tar eget ansvar och trivs med att hantera flera kundärenden samtidigt. Du behöver inte kunna allt från början, men du ska ha viljan och nyfikenheten att lära dig våra produkter och förstå hur de används i olika miljöer. Vi ser gärna att du: Har erfarenhet av teknisk försäljning, innesälj, kundsupport eller liknande arbetsuppgifter Har ett genuint teknikintresse och lätt för att förstå tekniska produkter och system Är van att arbeta med datorer och digitala verktyg Uttrycker dig väl på svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt Är serviceinriktad, lösningsorienterad och förtroendeskapande Tycker om att utveckla både befintliga och nya kundrelationer Kan arbeta självständigt och samtidigt vara en del av ett mindre, engagerat team
