Startdatum: Augusti Slutdatum: Option på förlängning Omfattning: 100% Plats: Stockholm / Hybrid Uppdragsbeskrivning Vår kund söker en senior konsult för en kombinerad roll som teknisk produktägare och projektledare inom ett verksamhetskritiskt ärendehanteringssystem baserat på Microsoft-teknologi. Uppdraget omfattar ansvar för styrning, prioritering och vidareutveckling av systemet samt koordinering mellan verksamhet och interna utvecklingsteam. Rollen kräver god förståelse för systemarkitektur, integrationer och tekniska beroenden för att kunna fatta välgrundade beslut kring utvecklingsinitiativ och framtida systemförnyelse. Konsulten kommer även att driva arbetet med målbild, kravställning och planering av en kommande ersättningslösning då nuvarande plattform närmar sig sin tekniska livslängd. Arbetet sker i nära samarbete med flera verksamhetsområden och IT-funktioner, där fokus ligger på långsiktig förvaltning, stabil drift och effektiv vidareutveckling. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter: Leda och koordinera interna utvecklingsteam

Prioritera backlog och planera utvecklingsinsatser

Säkerställa teknisk kvalitet och hållbara lösningar

Analysera systemarkitektur, integrationer och tekniska beroenden

Driva arbete kring målbild och krav för framtida ersättningssystem

Hantera uppföljning, risker, rapportering och intressentdialog

Skall-krav Flera års erfarenhet inom systemutveckling, systemarkitektur, teknisk projektledning, produktledning eller systemförvaltning

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av integrationer och utvecklingsprojekt i komplexa IT-miljöer

Flera års erfarenhet i ledande roll inom IT-utveckling eller systemförvaltning

Erfarenhet av att leda utvecklingsteam och driva tekniska prioriteringar

Tidigare uppdrag med fokus på systemarkitektur, integrationer och tekniska analyser

Erfarenhet av förvaltning och vidareutveckling av verksamhetskritiska system

Meriterande Erfarenhet av Microsoft Dynamics 365 och relaterade integrationer

Erfarenhet av CRM-system och vidareutveckling av sådana plattformar

Erfarenhet av livscykelhantering och systemersättningsprojekt
