Vi söker nu en Teknisk Projektledare till vår kund inom försvars- och högteknologisk industri. Är du en teknisk projektledare med ett brett teknikintresse och erfarenhet av att leda tekniska team? Vi söker dig som vill arbeta i en innovativ miljö där avancerad teknik, utveckling och kvalitet står i centrum. Här får du möjlighet att driva tekniska projekt inom test- och underhållssystem för flygburen elektronik, radar och elektroniska försvarssystem tillsammans med engagerade specialister. Om uppdraget Som Teknisk Projektledare ansvarar du för att planera, leda och samordna det tekniska arbetet inom ett eller flera projekt. Du driver tekniska aktiviteter genom projektets olika faser och säkerställer att krav, kvalitet, tidplan och tekniska lösningar uppfylls. Du kommer att arbeta nära utvecklingsteam, kunder och andra intressenter i en tekniskt avancerad miljö där projekten varierar i omfattning och komplexitet. I rollen ansvarar du bland annat för att: Planera, leda och fördela det tekniska arbetet inom projekt. Följa upp projektets framdrift, kvalitet och tekniska metoder. Ansvara för kravhantering, designlösningar och verifiering på olika systemnivåer. Identifiera, analysera och hantera tekniska risker och möjligheter. Vara teknisk kontaktperson mot kund och interna intressenter. Samverka med kunder, leverantörer och tvärfunktionella projektteam. Din Profil Högskoleingenjörsexamen eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet. Några års erfarenhet av att leda tekniskt arbete eller tekniska projekt. Gediget och brett teknikintresse. God förmåga att planera, organisera, genomföra och följa upp tekniska aktiviteter. Mycket god samarbets-, kommunikations- och ledarskapsförmåga. Förmåga att kombinera ett helhetsperspektiv med förståelse för tekniska detaljer. Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. Meriterande Erfarenhet inom elektronik. Erfarenhet av mätteknik. Erfarenhet av mikrovågsteknik. Erfarenhet av programmering. Erfarenhet från försvarsindustrin eller annan tekniskt avancerad utvecklingsverksamhet. Övrig information Säkerhetsprövning: Uppdraget kräver godkänd säkerhetsprövning enligt gällande säkerhetsskyddsbestämmelser.
