Vill du vara med och forma infrastrukturen som håller samhället igång, från trafiksystem i tunnlar till kritiska anläggningar inom Försvar? Granitor Systems söker nu en projektledare till sitt team inom Infra & Defence i Stockholm, en roll för dig som vill driva tekniskt komplexa automations- och installationsprojekt från idé till leverans. Om rollen Som projektledare hos Granitor Systems får du en central roll i att driva flera parallella projekt inom Infra & Defence. Du tar över projekt som redan är igång och rullar, och arbetar nära både kunder och entreprenörer för att säkerställa kvalitet, tid och resultat, oavsett om det handlar om ren förvaltning av befintliga anläggningar eller helt nya projekt. I rollen kan tjänsteresor och arbete på annan ort förekomma, under både kortare och längre perioder. I rollen ingår bland annat att: • Leda och driva flera olika projekt inom Infra & Defence, från pågående uppdrag till nya initiativ • Arbeta nära entreprenadsidan och hantera kunder i både förvaltnings- och nyprojekt • Vara behjälplig i anbudsarbete inför nya projekt • Driva automationsprojekt med inriktning mot fastighetsautomation • Ansvara för El och Automation samt samordna gränssnitt mot andra entreprenader Detta är en roll för dig som trivs i gränslandet mellan teknik, kund och entreprenad – och som motiveras av att ta ansvar för projekt hela vägen från uppstart till avslut. Vi söker dig som • Har eftergymnasial utbildning inom automation, elektroteknik eller motsvarande, högskole- eller civilingenjörsexamen är meriterande • Har erfarenhet som projektledare inom entreprenadverksamhet och automation, gärna 5–10 år, med fördel från installationsprojekt • Har erfarenhet från förvaltning av befintlig anläggning vid ombyggnation, eller från nyproduktion • Är van vid att hantera gränssnitt mot andra entreprenader • Talar och skriver svenska • Har B-körkort Det är meriterande med • Erfarenhet av Siemens styrsystem (t.ex. TIA Portal, SIMATIC S7) och/eller SCADA-system (t.ex. WinCC, Citect eller motsvarande) • Kunskap inom programmering, el-konstruktion (apparatskåp) eller installation • Tidigare erfarenhet från komplexa anläggningar inom exempelvis infrastruktur, med höga krav på tillgänglighet och säkerhet, eller från säkerhetsklassade projekt inom Defence Eftersom rollen omfattar säkerhetsklassade uppdrag krävs att du kan säkerhetsprövas, vilket förutsätter svenskt medborgarskap. Personliga egenskaper Vardagen på Granitor präglas av korta beslutsvägar, entreprenörskap och engagemang. Du har en stark teamkänsla, arbetar strukturerat och är van att skapa relationer både internt och externt. Du har viljan att lära nytt och lusten att dela med dig av det du kan. Du är målinriktad, självgående och trygg i din roll, med ett intresse för affärer och för att bidra till ökad lönsamhet.
