Om tjänsten I rollen som teknisk koordinator får du en central och betydelsefull position i verksamheten. Du fungerar som länken mellan teamet, kunder och leverantörer, och säkerställer att kommunikationen är tydlig, effektiv och framåtdrivande. Du arbetar från företagets moderna och trivsamma kontor i Jordbro, med nära kontakt till både kollegor och externa parter. Tjänsten erbjuder en dynamisk vardag där du bland annat kommer att: Koordinera tekniska ärenden och projekt Följa upp pågående uppgifter, mejl och dokumentation Vara en viktig kontaktpunkt för kunder och leverantörer Ansvara för inköp och beställningar till verkstad och servicepersonal Bidra till struktur, effektivitet och ett välfungerande arbetsflöde

Vi söker dig som Har teknisk förståelse och känner dig trygg i att hantera tekniska frågeställningar Har erfarenhet av koordination, administration eller projektstöd Arbetar strukturerat, tar egna initiativ och hittar lösningar Trivs i en roll där du hanterar flera parallella processer Är kommunikativ och har lätt för att bygga goda relationer Har erfarenhet av inköp eller beställningsarbete Har vana av dokumentation och uppföljning

Övrig information Tjänsten är ett vikariat med en anställning på minst 12 månader, med goda möjligheter till förlängning.
