Om tjänsten Som teknisk specialist i Stockholm ansvarar du för att ge expertstöd inom systemfelsökning, analys, implementering och optimering. SuperRen sköter rekryteringen för denna aktiva tjänst åt en kund som bedriver verksamhet i Stockholm. Rollen har särskilt fokus på driftstöd och teknisk problemlösning i nära samarbete med utvecklings- och driftteam samt kundens tekniska kontaktpersoner.

Vad du kommer att göra Felsöka och analysera produktionssystem och applikationer för att identifiera rotorsaker och föreslå lösningar Implementera och testa tekniska förbättringar samt följa upp resultat och prestanda Samarbeta med utvecklare, drift och kund för att säkerställa stabil drift och snabba leveranser Dokumentera åtgärder, konfigurationer och arbetsrutiner enligt kundens rutiner Utföra säkerhetskontroller, backup-rutiner och bidra till förbättrad informationssäkerhet Kommunicera professionellt med kundkontakter vid incidenter och vid behov leda incidenthantering

Vem vi söker Minst 2 års erfarenhet av support, drift eller motsvarande tekniskt arbete inom IT God förmåga att kommunicera på svenska och engelska i tal och skrift Noggrann med god dokumentationsvana och fokus på kvalitet Du är driven och tar eget ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter Du levererar hög kvalitet och noggrannhet i varje moment Du har lätt för att samarbeta och bidrar till god stämning Du är öppen för att lära dig nya rutiner och anpassa dig efter kundens behov

Anställningsform och lön Den exakta anställningsformen och omfattningen bestäms av kundföretaget i dialog med dig. Anställningen sker direkt hos kundföretaget i Stockholm i enlighet med svensk arbetsrätt (LAS 1982:80) och tillämpliga kollektivavtal. Lön sätts enligt kundens praxis och gällande avtal.
