En roll är inriktad mot allmän support och kundservice, medan den andra har huvudfokus på att stötta och utveckla våra företagskunder. Arbetsområdet kommer huvudsakligen att vara på företagets kontor i Sätra, Stockholm. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: Hantera inkommande samtal, mejl och supportärenden. Felsöka laddboxar och relaterade tekniska system. Hantera garantiärenden och boka servicebesök. Ge rådgivning och support till privat- och företagskunder. Arbeta med systemadministration och kundplattformar. För B2B-rollen: administrera och supportera kunder i Monta-plattformen.

För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du har: Ett genuint intresse för teknik och problemlösning. Erfarenhet av kundservice eller support. God datorvana och förmåga att snabbt lära dig nya system. Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift. Förmåga att kommunicera tekniska lösningar på ett enkelt och pedagogiskt sätt.

För B2B rollen är det högst är det meriterande om du har erfarenhet av teknisk support inom laddboxar, kunskap om OCPP-system eller bakgrund från elbranschen som elektriker eller tekniker. Vi söker dig som är nyfiken, lösningsorienterad och serviceinriktad. Du tycker om att hjälpa människor, har lätt för att samarbeta och trivs i en miljö där arbetsdagarna varierar.
