Har du ett stort intresse för IT och gillar att lösa problem och hjälpa människor? Vi söker nu en IT-supportmedarbetare till ett längre konsultuppdrag i Malmö. Om företaget Vår kund är ett större bolag med en etablerad supportorganisation som hjälper användare och kunder med tekniska frågor i den dagliga verksamheten. Du blir en del av ett team där man arbetar tillsammans för att lösa inkommande ärenden och ge snabb och tydlig support. Mer information om kunden lämnas längre fram i processen. Tjänsten är ett konsultuppdrag via Mero med start så snart som möjligt. Om rollen I rollen arbetar du med teknisk support och hjälper användare med olika typer av IT-relaterade frågor. Ärendena kommer främst in via telefon och ärendehanteringssystem och kan handla om allt från konton och behörigheter till hårdvara, anslutningsproblem och enklare nätverksfelsökning. Du blir en del av ett större supportteam där ni arbetar nära varandra, delar kunskap och hjälps åt i det dagliga arbetet. Du felsöker och guidar användaren så långt du kan, och när ett ärende kräver djupare teknisk kompetens finns tydliga vägar för att eskalera det vidare inom organisationen. Du ansvarar också för att dokumentera ärenden tydligt och se till att rätt information finns på plats för fortsatt hantering. Rollen passar dig som gillar att arbeta användarnära, lösa problem och ha en vardag där både tempot och typen av ärenden kan variera. Om dig Du får gärna ha tidigare erfarenhet av IT-support, men du kan lika gärna komma från kundtjänst eller en annan serviceinriktad roll och ha ett stort intresse för IT och teknik. Det viktigaste är att du har en grundläggande förståelse för datorer och vanliga IT-miljöer, tycker om teknisk problemlösning och kan kommunicera obehindrat på svenska och engelska. Som person är du serviceinriktad, nyfiken och lösningsorienterad. Du gillar att hjälpa människor, sätter dig gärna in i nya problem och trivs i en roll där du får kombinera service med teknik.
