Vill du arbeta i ett växande företag inom bank och finans? Om företaget Konsument Finans AB är ett företag som funnits sedan 2002 och fortsätter att växa. Nu söker vi två (2) nya medarbetare. Vi samarbetar med några av Sveriges ledande aktörer inom bank- och finansbranschen. Våra uppdrag består främst av kundservice för befintliga kunder, men även försäljning och rådgivning kring finansiella produkter och tjänster. Arbetsuppgifter Vi rekryterar till två olika tjänster med start snarast. Besöksbokare – Tjänstepension (1 tjänst) Du arbetar på distans eller från vårt kontor i Kalix med utgående telefonsamtal till både kalla och varma leads. Dina arbetsuppgifter är att boka in Teams-möten till vår kunds pensionsrådgivare gällande tjänstepension. Arbetet sker med fokus på kvalitet, god kundservice och långsiktiga kundrelationer. Telefonrådgivare - Samlingslån (1 tjänst) Du arbetar från vårt kontor i Kalix med utgående samtal till kalla och varma leads där du hjälper kunder med många högkostnadskrediter, inkassoärenden eller skulder hos Kronofogden att skapa en ansökan om ett samlingslån. Du hjälper personer som befinner sig i en utmanande ekonomisk situation att hitta en hållbar väg framåt genom att guida dem tryggt genom ansökningsprocessen. Du får en introduktionsutbildning på cirka två veckor där du får de kunskaper som krävs för att komma in i arbetet. Vi erbjuder Fast månadslön. Arbetstid: måndag–fredag, kl. 08.00–17.00. Vi söker dig som Har ett professionellt förhållningssätt och drivs av att nå resultat. Är positiv, ansvarstagande och pålitlig. Trivs med att prata med människor och har god kommunikativ förmåga. Är empatisk och förtroendeingivande: Särskilt viktigt för rollen som telefonrådgivare, där du möter människor i känsliga ekonomiska situationer. Kan skapa förtroende och förklara produkter och tjänster på ett tydligt, ärligt och engagerande sätt. Är självgående, flexibel och alltid sätter kunden i fokus.
