Testledare – offentlig vårdsektor Vi söker en erfaren och driven Testledare till ett långsiktigt uppdrag i Göteborg. Du kommer att arbeta med flera parallella projekt och upphandlingar av verksamhetsnära IT-system inom bland annat kassahantering, återbruk, HR och energiuppföljning. Rollen passar dig som trivs i en komplex och föränderlig organisation, är van att hålla ihop testarbetet från planering till uppföljning och har tidigare erfarenhet från den offentligt styrda vårdsektorn. Om uppdraget Som testledare arbetar du på uppdrag av projektledningen och fungerar som delprojektledare för testarbetet. Du ansvarar för att planera, leda och samordna tester tillsammans med projektens testresurser, leverantörer och andra intressenter. Testarbetet omfattar bland annat:

Funktions- och acceptanstester

Tekniska tester

Systemintegrationstester

Tillgänglighets- och användbarhetstester

Regressionstester

Identifiering och analys av testbehov

Framtagning av testfall och testupplägg

Samordning av testaktiviteter mellan olika parter

Rapportering av status, risker, fel och avvikelser

Sammanställning och rapportering av testresultat

Framtagning och hantering av testdokumentation

Du arbetar enligt etablerade riktlinjer och testprocesser och behöver vara bekväm med att driva processer, dokumentera arbetet och samarbeta i digitala arbetsytor. Vi söker dig som har Minst 3 års dokumenterad erfarenhet som testledare

ISTQB-certifiering

Dokumenterad erfarenhet från projekt inom offentligt styrd vårdsektor

Praktisk erfarenhet av ReQtest

Mycket god förmåga att dokumentera och presentera på svenska

Goda kunskaper i engelska, både i tal och skrift

Erfarenhet av att testa komplexa och integrerade system

Förmåga att leda och samordna testarbetet mellan flera olika intressenter

För uppdraget behöver relevanta referenser kunna lämnas. Meriterande Det är meriterande om du även har:

God kunskap om projektorganisationer inom offentligt styrd vård

Praktisk erfarenhet av Azure DevOps

Erfarenhet från stora och komplexa projektmiljöer

Mycket goda kunskaper om agila arbetssätt

Personliga egenskaper Vi tror att du är strukturerad, noggrann och ansvarstagande med förmåga att skapa ordning även när flera aktiviteter pågår parallellt. Du är kommunikativ, prestigelös och lyhörd och har lätt för att samarbeta med både verksamhet, projektledning, tekniska resurser och externa leverantörer. Du är också nyfiken och lösningsorienterad och delar gärna med dig av dina erfarenheter och idéer.
