Testledare Till vår kund Kungsbacka kommun söker vi en testledare som kan planera, leda och följa upp testarbetet i projekt och utvecklingsuppdrag. I rollen ansvarar du för att skapa struktur i testarbetet och säkerställa att krav, funktionalitet och införda lösningar verifieras på ett systematiskt och kvalitetssäkrat sätt. Du arbetar nära verksamheten, projektledning, leverantörer och andra berörda roller genom hela testprocessen. Om uppdraget Som testledare leder och samordnar du testarbetet inom projekt och uppdrag. Testarbetet kan bland annat omfatta test av kravspecifikationer, acceptanstester vid införande av nya lösningar samt regressionstester. Testledare kan innebära uppdrag som:

Leder och planerar testarbetet

Tar fram testplaner

Skriver testfall

Hanterar testdata

Följer upp avvikelser mot leverantören

I rollen kan du även komma att samordna testaktiviteter mellan verksamhet, projekt och leverantörer, följa upp testresultat samt säkerställa att identifierade fel och avvikelser dokumenteras och hanteras på ett strukturerat sätt. Du förväntas kunna skapa en tydlig teststruktur, identifiera risker och beroenden samt bidra till att lösningar håller rätt kvalitet inför införande och överlämning till verksamheten. Vi söker dig som har Erfarenhet av arbete som testledare, testkoordinator eller motsvarande.

Erfarenhet av att planera, leda och följa upp testarbete i projekt eller införanden.

Erfarenhet av att ta fram testplaner, testfall och andra relevanta testunderlag.

Erfarenhet av acceptanstest och regressionstest.

Förmåga att förstå och granska krav ur ett test- och kvalitetsperspektiv.

Erfarenhet av fel- och avvikelsehantering samt uppföljning mot leverantörer eller andra externa parter.

God förståelse för testprocessens olika delar, från planering och förberedelser till genomförande och uppföljning.

Förmåga att samordna testaktiviteter mellan olika intressenter.

God analytisk och strukturerad förmåga.

God planerings- och samarbetsförmåga.

Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och driva testarbetet framåt.

Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga och mycket goda kunskaper i svenska i både tal och skrift.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av testledning inom offentlig verksamhet, större införandeprojekt eller upphandlingar där flera verksamhets- och leverantörsintressenter varit involverade. Som person är du strukturerad, kommunikativ och lösningsorienterad. Du är trygg i att leda testarbetet och kan skapa tydlighet även i uppdrag med många beroenden och intressenter. Du arbetar metodiskt och har ett tydligt kvalitetsfokus genom hela testprocessen. Om uppdraget Kund: Kungsbacka kommun Roll: Testledare Arbetsplats: Uppdraget genomförs initialt till 100 % på plats hos uppdragsgivaren.
