The posting

Har du erfarenhet av att följa upp leverantörer och tillverkning inom olje- och gasindustrin? TIKK TAKK söker en erfaren Expediter för ett konsultuppdrag hos en internationell aktör som levererar avancerad utrustning till energisektorn.

Om uppdraget

Du förstärker projektteamet i två pågående Oil & Gas-projekt och följer upp leverantörer i Europa. Ditt fokus är att bevaka tillverkningens framdrift, identifiera hinder och bidra till att utrustning levereras enligt projektens tidplaner och tekniska krav.

Du får en introduktion av en erfaren Expediter som du sedan delar arbetsbördan med.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

Följa upp leverantörernas produktion, tidplaner och leveransstatus.

Besöka europeiska leverantörer och kontrollera tillverkningens framdrift.

Inspektera utrustning under tillverkning, exempelvis processutrustning, material, svetsning och/eller elinstallationer.

Identifiera avvikelser och förseningar samt följa upp åtgärder.

Rapportera status och risker till projektteamet.

Vi söker dig som har

Minst tio års erfarenhet inom kvalitet eller teknik i olje- och gasindustrin.

Tidigare erfarenhet av expediting inom Oil & Gas.

Praktisk erfarenhet av inspektion av utrustning under tillverkning.

Goda kunskaper i engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Du arbetar strukturerat, kommunicerar tydligt och är trygg i att driva uppföljningen framåt tillsammans med leverantörer och projektkollegor.

Praktisk information

Uppdraget inleds med sex månader och förväntas pågå i totalt tolv månader. Resor inom Europa omfattar cirka 25–50 procent av arbetstiden. Placeringen är flexibel och kräver inte ständig närvaro på kundens kontor.
