The posting

Har du erfarenhet av att leda utvecklingsprojekt i en teknisk miljö? TIKK TAKK söker en erfaren projektledare för ett konsultuppdrag hos en internationell aktör inom gasturbiner och kraftproduktion i Finspång.

Om uppdraget

Du ingår i kundens PMO-organisation och leder utvecklingsprojekt för en befintlig gasturbinflotta. Du ansvarar för projekten från uppstart till leverans och uppföljning, med fokus på teknisk utveckling, kvalitet, tidplan och kostnad.

Du leder tvärfunktionella team med vanligtvis 3–10 medlemmar och samarbetar med teknikexperter, resursägare och internationella partner.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

Starta, planera och driva R&D-projekt med etablerade arbetssätt och agila metoder.

Bryta ned projektmål till konkreta aktiviteter och leveranser.

Leda teamet och skapa tydlighet kring ansvar, prioriteringar och mål.

Följa upp tidplan, kvalitet, kostnader och resursbehov.

Samordna arbetet med styrgrupp och resursägare.

Leda projektmöten och stödja teamet i att lösa tekniska problem.

Samarbeta över organisations- och landsgränser.

Vi söker dig som har

Flera års erfarenhet av projektledning.

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att leda projekt inom forskning och utveckling, R&D.

Erfarenhet av rotorsaksanalys, RCA, och arbete med tekniska problem.

Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.

Du är kommunikativ, strukturerad och proaktiv. Du driver arbetet mot tydliga mål och är trygg i samarbeten med personer från olika kulturer och tekniska områden.

Meriterande

Erfarenhet av gasturbiner, särskilt inom konstruktion eller driftsättning.

Erfarenhet av projekt inom styrsystem, turbinens kärnkomponenter eller kompletta turbinpaket.

Erfarenhet av mekaniska hjälpsystem eller kraftproduktion.

Ytterligare språkkunskaper.

Praktisk information

Plats: Finspång, med närvaro på plats minst tre dagar i veckan.

Omfattning: Heltid, 100 procent.

Planerad uppdragsperiod: 19 oktober 2026–18 oktober 2027.
