Har du god mekanisk förståelse och gillar att lösa problem? Hos JEMedic får du arbeta självständigt, ta ansvar och vara med och förbättra produktionen. Nu söker TIKKTAKK en industrimekaniker/underhållstekniker för ett konsultuppdrag med goda möjligheter till anställning hos kunden.

Om JEMedic JEMedic är ett familjeägt företag som sedan 1995 utvecklar och tillverkar produkter inom läkemedel, medicinteknik och kosttillskott. Företaget är specialiserat på mjuka pastiller och gummies och hjälper sina kunder hela vägen från produktidé och utveckling till färdig tillverkning. Kunderna finns i fler än 15 länder. I fabriken i Gävle står kvalitet, noggrannhet och välfungerande utrustning i centrum. Här får du arbeta nära produktion och förpackning i en växande verksamhet med korta beslutsvägar. Som industrimekaniker/underhållstekniker får du en viktig roll i att hålla produktionen igång och utveckla utrustningen.

Om rollen Du får ett varierande arbete där du kombinerar förebyggande underhåll med felsökning, reparationer och förbättringar. Du arbetar både självständigt och tillsammans med kollegor inom produktion och teknik.

Dina arbetsuppgifter omfattar bland annat: • Felsökning och reparation av produktionsutrustning och packlinjer. • Förebyggande underhåll för att minska risken för driftstopp. • Ombyggnationer och förbättringar av maskiner. • Åtgärder vid akuta produktionsstopp. • Mekaniskt arbete i produktion och förpackning. • Samarbete med produktion och teknik för att förbättra utrustning och processer.

Vi söker dig som uppmärksammar problem i tid, tar initiativ och följer arbetet hela vägen till en fungerande lösning. Dina idéer och din förmåga att se örbättringsmöjligheter blir värdefulla i det dagliga arbetet. Din bakgrund Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet som industrimekaniker, underhållstekniker eller servicetekniker. Du har god mekanisk förståelse och erfarenhet av felsökning i produktion. Kunskaper inom pneumatik, motorer, transportörer eller maskinunderhåll är värdefulla i rollen.

Det är meriterande om du även har: • Elkunskap. • Erfarenhet av svetsning och tillverkning av mekaniska delar. • Erfarenhet från livsmedels-, läkemedels- eller annan tillverkande industri. • Kunskaper inom automation och PLC. • B-körkort.

Vem är du? Du är praktiskt lagd, självgående och tar ansvar för ditt arbete. Du tycker om att förstå hur utrustning fungerar och hitta lösningar som håller över tid. När produktionen stannar kan du prioritera, arbeta metodiskt och behålla strukturen under tidspress. Du samarbetar bra med andra och bidrar gärna med kunskap och idéer som gör arbetet bättre.
