Som vikarie/timanställd arbetar du personcentrerat utifrån hyresgästernas individuella behov, med fokus på omsorg, trygghet och delaktighet. Du stöttar i vardagen genom praktisk hjälp, social samvaro och dokumentation i social journal. Vi erbjuder introduktion så att du snabbt kan komma igång och känna dig trygg i rollen. Dina arbetsuppgifter inkluderar: Omsorg och praktiskt stöd till våra hyresgäster. Samarbete med ordinarie personal, anhöriga och andra professioner. Dokumentation i våra digitala system (vi använder BankID för inloggning).

Din bakgrund

Vi söker dig som är flexibel, engagerad och trivs med att arbeta nära både kollegor och hyresgäster. Krav: Utdrag från belastningsregistret (vid anställning).

Meriterande: Utbildning inom vård och omsorg Erfarenhet av arbete inom demensvård eller äldreomsorg.
