Undersköterska till hemsjukvård – timanställning Välkommen till oss på Tibble Vårdcentral – en växande och mycket omtyckt vårdcentral i Kungsängen med stora ambitioner för att skapa den bästa primärvården. Vi söker nu en undersköterska som vill arbeta i vårt hemsjukvårdsteam vid behov (timanställning). Du behöver ha erfarenhet av läkemedelshantering, särskilt läkemedelsutdelning i dosett, gärna i samarbete med distriktssköterska eller enligt läkarordination. Tidigare arbete inom hemsjukvård och/eller på vårdcentral är meriterande. Du kommer att arbeta nära en distriktssköterska med ansvar för hemsjukvården. Tillsammans planerar ni och gör hembesök hos patienter som kan behöva medicindelning, insulinadministration, omläggning med mera. Även en läkare ingår i teamet och rondar patienterna med er, vilket ger ett tryggt medicinskt stöd. Om oss: Tibble Vårdcentral ligger centralt i Kungsängen med närhet till pendeltåg och buss. Vi har rymliga, nyrenoverade lokaler och ett engagerat team som brinner för kontinuitet och god patientkontakt. Vårdcentralen drivs av läkare med lång erfarenhet från primärvården. Vi söker dig som: Är utbildad undersköterska Har arbetat med läkemedelsutdelning Har erfarenhet från hemsjukvård eller liknande Är flexibel, ansvarstagande och har ett gott bemötande Har B-körkort (krav)
