Internationella Engelska Skolan Årsta är en grundskola för årskurs 4-9 med 440 elever och 60 anställda. IES Årsta är en skola där engagemang, höga studieresultat och mångfald står i centrum. Vi är mycket stolta över vår internationella gemenskap bland både elever och medarbetare och ser detta som en unik styrka i vår organisation. Skolan ligger i Årsta, nära såväl Gullmarsplan som Årstaberg med mycket goda bussförbindelser.

Om rollen

Som timvikarie på IES Årsta kommer du att täcka upp där vi finner ett behov, du kommer att hålla i lektioner i samtliga ämnen och årskurser. Du kommer att vara en del av vår vikariepool som täcker upp vid planerad och oplanerad frånvaro hos ordinarie personal. Utöver att hålla i lektioner ser vi även ett behov av att stötta enskilda elever i framförallt ämnena Svenska och Svenska som andraspråk, men även övriga lektioner och utanför klassrummet. Tjänsten riktar sig därmed till dig som är bekväm med att jobba som både timvikarie och elevassistent vid behov.

Vi söker dig som har ett starkt ledarskap och god kommunikation med både elever och lärare. Du håller med om IES värdegrund och anser att struktur är nyckeln till en framgångsrik lärmiljö.

Vi tror att du:

  • Kan följa och genomföra lektionsplaneringar som förbereds av ordinarie lärare.
  • Har tidigare erfarenhet av eller är kvalificerad att arbeta med barn och ungdomar.
  • Pratar flytande svenska och har goda kunskaper i engelska.
  • Är säker i ditt ledarskap, engagerad och tar initiativ.
  • Är flexibel och kan komma in till arbetet med kort varsel.

Det är meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenhet av att stötta elever i svenska eller svenska som andraspråk. Vi ser det som positivt om du är lärarstudent och söker en möjlighet att utveckla dina professionella kunskaper samt få erfarenhet inom skolväsendet i en internationell miljö.
