Beskrivning Vi söker nu timvikarier till vår duktiga IT-servicedesk i Haninge kommun. Vi tror att du kanske är student och/eller vill ha arbetslivserfarenhet inom IT. Vi kommer anlita vikarier från vår nya vikariepool vid ordinarie personals frånvaro och vid arbetstoppar. I praktiken betyder det att det kan röra sig om enstaka dagar till lite längre perioder beroende på behov. I denna spännande roll kommer du att vara en del av ett dynamiskt team som arbetar för att säkerställa att våra förvaltningar och bolag får den bästa möjliga servicen och supporten. Du kommer att stötta användare med olika IT-frågor och hjälpa till att lösa tekniska problem på ett pedagogiskt och serviceinriktat sätt. Tillsammans med dedikerade och kompetenta kollegor får du möjlighet att få en bra grund att stå på för din fortsatta it-karriär. Ansvarsområden I rollen som timvikarie i Haninge kommuns IT-servicedesk kommer du att spela en avgörande roll i att säkerställa en smidig och problemfri support. Ditt huvudansvar kommer att inkludera: Att svara på och hantera användarärenden via telefon, walk-in, e-post och ärendehanteringssystem med hög servicekänsla Att bistå med teknisk support och problemlösning i realtid, vilket kräver en god digital förmåga Att dokumentera och följa upp ärenden Att arbeta proaktivt med att identifiera och föreslå förbättringar i tjänsteleveransen för att optimera och effektivisera verksamheten.

Du är serviceinriktad och har förmågan att arbeta självständigt, samtidigt som du är en del av ett engagerat team.
