Jag söker dig som vill bli en del av mitt team och jobba som personlig assistent hos mig i Gessie villastad utanför Vellinge. Vad innebär jobbet som personlig assistent? Som personlig assistent arbetar du hos en person med funktionsvariation. Där hjälper du till med de saker i vardagen som många tar för givet, till exempel påklädning, ta hand om hemmet, personlig hygien och att delta i fritidsaktiviteter. Du gör stor skillnad och får någon annan persons dagliga liv att fungera. Vi har kunder i olika åldrar och med olika funktionsvariationer. Din arbetsplats är där kunden befinner sig och jobbet är både varierande och händelserikt. Att varje dag bidra till att en person kan leva sitt liv som den vill tycker vi är världens viktigaste jobb. Vad innebär den här tjänsten? Jag är en kvinna i 45-års åldern boendes i Gessie och söker nu dig som vill arbeta som personlig assistent hos mig. Jag har drabbats av ALS och behöver därför ditt stöd i min vardag. Jag behöver hjälp med allt som får mina dagar att fungera såsom förflyttningar, sondmatning, personlig hygien, kommunikation samt hushållsarbete. Jag är väldigt förtjust i att vara ute i sol och värme och försöker komma ut så mycket som möjligt tillsammans med mina två hundar Molly och Snillet. Andra intressen som jag har är att koppla av med en bra film, umgås med min familj och pyssla och fixa i hemmet. Vem söker jag? Jag söker dig som är engagerad, respektfull och lyhörd. Jag ser gärna att du har stort tålamod och förmågan att vara personlig samtidigt som du agerar professionellt. Du som söker tjänsten har lätt för att ta initiativ, du är social, ödmjuk och har förmåga att arbeta självständigt med mitt bästa i åtanke. Jag ser det som en stor merit om du är positiv och lojal i ditt arbete samt är flexibel vad gäller schema och arbetstider. Det är viktigt att personkemin stämmer och att du har ett genuint intresse av att arbeta som personlig assistent. Vi ser gärna att du:

Har körkort och bil för att kunna ta sig till och från arbetsplatsen om du inte själv bor nära

Kan tala och förstå det svenska språket väl

Har erfarenhet av vård och omsorg sedan tidigare

Ej är allergisk mot pälsdjur då hundar finns i hemmet
