The posting

Gullspångs kommun har den lilla kommunens alla fördelar, med närheten till varandra och korta beslutsvägar. Kommunen präglas av en välbemannad och välmående vård som är i ständig utveckling. Det innebär bland annat att vi arbetar för att erbjuda kortare köer och en mer personlig hjälp vid behov till äldreomsorgen, LSS (lagen om stöd och service för vissa funktionshindrade) och sjukvården.

Vi arbetar utifrån vår värdegrund de tre G:na: Gemenskap, Glädje och Garantier.

Nu söker vi engagerade timvikarier till vård och omsorg i Gullspångs kommun.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER I arbetsuppgifterna ingår att tillgodose den enskildes behov av omvårdnad och service. Utföra medicinska insatser på delegation av sjuksköterska. Som anställd samverkar du med de boende, medarbetare, sjuksköterska och chef.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker personer som brinner för god vård och omsorg, och mycket stor vikt ställs på god flexibilitet. Medarbetarna behöver kunna anpassa sig till olika arbetsgrupper samt bidra till ett gott samarbete. Generellt arbetar man för sammanhållning i arbetsgrupperna och är en positiv kollega.

Stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet där bemötande, förhållningssätt och samarbetsförmåga är viktigt.

Den 1 juli i år trädde språkkravet för personal inom äldreomsorgen i kraft. Kravet handlar om att personal skall ha goda kunskaper i svenska språket i tal och skrift för att kunna ge en säker och god omsorg. Dessutom krävs god datorvana. Viktigt är att de sökande har en positiv människosyn, ett stort engagemang, ansvarskänsla och sätter de äldres individuella behov i fokus. Vi söker er som tror på alla människors lika värde och rättigheter.

För att säkerställa en trygg och säker verksamhet kommer den kandidat som erbjuds tjänsten att behöva uppvisa ett aktuellt utdrag ur belastningsregistret innan anställning kan ske. Du beställer själv utdraget från polismyndigheten och visar upp det i samband med anställningsprocessen.

Som timvikarie inom vård och omsorg kan du förvänta dig en timlön på 149 kr/tim om du är helt outbildad (motsvarar 24 585 kr/mån). Med vårdbiträdesutbildning är lönen lägst 157 kr/tim (motsvarar 25 905 kr/mån). Lönen är beroende av erfarenhet och kompetens, individuell lönesättning tillämpas.

Löneform: Timlön. Anställningsform: Tidsbegränsad anställning. Varaktighet: 6 månader eller längre, tillträde: Snarast eller enligt överenskommelse. Arbetstid: Såväl dag- som kvällstid och helg
