Vill du arbeta i ett tryggt och etablerat bolag och bli en del av vårt team. A-Staffing Construction är ett bolag med lång erfarenhet och gott rykte. Vi sätter stort värde i att leverera kvalitet ut till våra beställare samtidigt som personalen ska må bra. I över femton år har vi arbetat med nyproduktion, renovering, ombyggnad och infrastruktur i både små och stora projekt. I Västsverige har vi arbetat på hundratals projekt alltifrån bostäder, skolor, sjukhus och köpcenter. Om du rör dig i Västsverige så passerar du varje dag någonting vi byggt och det är vi stolta över. Med vår breda erfarenhet och våra trogna och stabila kunder så hittar vi projekt som passar just dig och din bakgrund. Våra beställare är byggföretag och vi arbetar inte mot privatpersoner. Vi söker just nu ett flertal snickare till olika projekt. Just nu söker vi till gipsarbeten, ombyggnationer, fasadarbeten och takarbeten. Vi får också löpande in nya uppdrag. Du kommer att ingå i vårt team av snickare där du arbetar både självständigt och tillsammans med kollegor beroende av projekt.

Erfarenhet

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet från byggbranschen och tycker om att arbeta praktiskt med hög kvalité. Kanske har du yrkesbevis som träarbetare eller motsvarande erfarenhet inom bygg och snickeri. För att trivas hos oss tror vi att du är självgående, lösningsorienterad och har ett professionellt bemötande mot både kunder och kollegor. Lön och anställningsvillkor

Du kommer att bli anställd på kollektivavtalet Byggavtalet vilket innebär:

-Lön: Tidlön eller prestationslön beroende på projekt -Försäkringar -Arbetstidsförkortning -Friskvårdsbidrag

Du blir inledningsvis anställd i sex månader. Om allting fungerar och vi trivs med varandra så övergår din anställning i tillsvidareanställning (fast anställning). Många av våra medarbetare har arbetat i över tio år tillsammans med oss.
