Ort: Kristianstad Omfattning: Heltid Anställningsform: Provanställning Tillträde: Omgående eller enligt överenskommelse * Vi befinner oss i en växande fas och söker nu en erfaren, engagerad och lösningsorienterad trafikledare och transportadministratör till vår turistbussverksamhet i Kristianstad. Det är en varierad och ansvarsfull roll för dig som trivs med att hålla många bollar i luften och som kan arbeta självständigt i en verksamhet där planeringen ibland behöver ändras snabbt. Vi har ett stort behov av förstärkning och söker därför någon som kan komma in i arbetet och bidra från start. Arbetsuppgifter I rollen kommer du bland annat att arbeta med: Trafikledning och bemanning av turistbussar Planering av förare, fordon och körningar Hantering och uppföljning av kör- och vilotider Arbete i IDHA Online Framtagning och hantering av offerter för busstransporter Bokningar, kundkontakt och löpande administration Kontroll av att bussarna är i ordning inför körningar Bokning och samordning av service, reparationer och underhåll vid behov Kontakt med förare, verkstäder, kunder och samarbetspartner Övrigt förekommande kontorsarbete

Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet av trafikledning, transportledning eller liknande arbete Har god kunskap om kör- och vilotidsregler Har D-körkort Har mycket god datorvana Är strukturerad, stresstålig och lösningsorienterad Kan prioritera och fatta beslut när förutsättningarna snabbt förändras Är serviceinriktad och kommunicerar tydligt med både förare och kunder Kan arbeta självständigt och ta ansvar för den dagliga planeringen

Eftersom vi behöver förstärkning omgående är det viktigt att du har relevant erfarenhet och snabbt kan sätta dig in i arbetsuppgifterna. Meriterande DE-körkort Erfarenhet av turistbussverksamhet Erfarenhet av IDHA Online God vana av Microsoft Office-paketet Erfarenhet av offertarbete och kundkontakt Erfarenhet av fordonsplanering och samordning av service
