Autolane fortsätter att växa och har nu öppnat ett helt nytt transportbilscenter i Kungälv. Vi söker därför en driven transportsbilsäljare som vill vara med och utveckla verksamheten. OM TJÄNSTEN Som transportsbilsäljare ansvarar du för hela kundresan – från första kontakt och behovsanalys till leverans och fortsatt uppföljning. Våra företagskunder har olika verksamheter och behov. Din viktigaste uppgift blir därför att förstå kundens vardag och hjälpa dem att hitta rätt transportbil. För oss slutar inte kundrelationen när bilen är levererad. Vi vill skapa långsiktiga samarbeten och återkommande kunder genom hög service, tillgänglighet och ett personligt bemötande. Du kommer bland annat att: • Ta emot och följa upp inkommande kundförfrågningar • Aktivt skapa nya kontakter med företag • Förstå kundens verksamhet och rekommendera rätt transportbil • Ansvara för affären från första kontakt till leverans • Följa upp kunder och bygga långsiktiga relationer • Vara med och utveckla Autolanes nya transportbilsverksamhet

VEM SÖKER VI? Vi söker dig som är affärsdriven, förtroendeingivande och bra på att skapa relationer. Meriterande är om du redan idag har erfarenhet och bakgrund inom yrket. Du förstår att en riktigt bra försäljning inte bara handlar om den enskilda affären, utan om att kunden vill komma tillbaka nästa gång behovet uppstår.

Vi tror att du: • Har erfarenhet av försäljning, gärna inom bil, transportbil eller B2B • Är lyhörd och duktig på att förstå kundens behov • Är självgående, initiativrik och arbetar strukturerat • Trivs med tydliga mål och ett högt tempo • Har B-körkort • Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska VI ERBJUDER Du får en viktig roll i en helt ny satsning och stora möjligheter att påverka hur verksamheten utvecklas. Samtidigt får du tryggheten i ett etablerat företag med ett starkt varumärke, stort kundflöde och kunniga kollegor inom försäljning, inköp, verkstad, rekond och ekonomi. Autolane har varit verksamt i över 13 år, är anslutet till MRF och säljer omkring 150–200 fordon varje månad. Vi är närmare 40 medarbetare och fortsätter att växa.
