Transportbokare Vi på TopWork söker nu en transportbokare till en kund inom tillverkningsindustrin i Malmö. Företaget arbetar med tillverkning av produkter för bygg- och industrisektorn och har dagligen leveranser som ska ut till kunder runt om i landet. Som transportbokare får du en viktig roll i att säkerställa att företagets produkter kommer iväg på rätt sätt och i rätt tid. Dina arbetsuppgifter Som transportbokare ansvarar du för att boka och koordinera transporter med externa åkerier. Du planerar leveranser utifrån när produkterna är färdiga och när de ska levereras, samtidigt som du har löpande kontakt med åkerier, chaufförer och interna avdelningar. Arbetet innebär bland annat att: Boka transporter med externa åkerier Planera och samordna leveranser Ha daglig kontakt med åkerier och chaufförer Säkerställa att rätt transport bokas för aktuellt gods Hantera transportbokningar och transportdokument Följa upp leveranser och hantera eventuella förseningar eller förändringar Ha kontakt med produktion, lager och andra interna funktioner

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som är strukturerad, noggrann och trivs med att ha många kontaktytor. Du behöver kunna planera ditt arbete, hålla ordning på flera leveranser samtidigt och snabbt kunna lösa problem när förutsättningarna förändras. Vi ser gärna att du har tidigare erfarenhet av transport, logistik, transportbokning eller liknande arbete. Erfarenhet från industri eller av att arbeta mot externa åkerier är meriterande. Du behöver vara van vid att arbeta i dator och olika system samt ha goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift. Som person är du kommunikativ, lösningsorienterad och ansvarstagande.
