Om rollen Som transportplanerare ansvarar du för att planera, koordinera och optimera våra transporter inom regionen. Du arbetar nära både kollegor och operativ personal, vilket gör rollen central för verksamhetens effektivitet. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar:

Planera och fördela arbetsorder till rätt resurser

Optimera fordonsanvändning över ett större geografiskt område

Följa upp utförda uppdrag och vid behov justera rutter

Hantera och följa upp avvikelser och reklamationer

Säkerställa efterlevnad av riktlinjer inom kvalitet, miljö och arbetsmiljö

Ha daglig kontakt med kunder, chaufförer, kollegor och andra funktioner

Stötta andra delar av organisationen vid behov

Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet av transportplanering eller logistikstöd

Har god lokalkännedom om Stockholm med omnejd

Är strukturerad, lösningsfokuserad och kundorienterad

Är självgående, noggrann och kvalitetsmedveten

Har ett intresse för miljö och hållbar utveckling

Trivs i ett högt tempo och kan hantera stressiga situationer

Har B-körkort

Meriterande:

Erfarenhet från återvinningsbranschen

Kunskap i system som D365 och TCS

Erfarenhet av arbetsledning

Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet.

Övrig information Omfattning: Heltid, 40 timmar/vecka

Anställningsform: Tillsvidare (6 månaders provanställning) som konsult med chans till övertag
