Vi är ett litet men kunskapsrikt team med fokus på personlig service, som med stort engagemang och kundfokus jobbar med internationell handel och tullhantering. Nu behöver vi dig som vill bli en del av vårt team. Vi är ett transportneutralt tullombud, som tulladministratör hos oss jobbar du i nära samarbete med våra kunder. Vi erbjuder en varierad vardag tillsammans med kollegor, kunder och myndigheter. Om tjänsten I rollen som tulladministratör kommer du att jobba både med det operativa och strategiska arbetet gällande tullhantering. De huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifterna är Upprätta och hantera tulldeklarationer Klassificering och ursprungshantering Ha god kommunikation med kunder och myndigheter Rådgivning – inom tullregler, avgifter och förfarande Följa med i lagändringar och hålla sig uppdaterad i tull- och handelslagar samt implementera dessa ändringar i arbetsprocesser

Vem är du? Vi ser gärna att du har tidigare erfarenhet av en roll som tulladministratör och ett genuint intresse för tullhantering. Som person är du ansvarsfull, noggrann och kvalitetsmedveten, samtidigt som du trivs att arbeta i team. Du har en god samarbetsförmåga och bidrar aktivt till teamets gemensamma arbete. För oss är det viktigt att du ser till helheten och förstår hur ditt arbete påverkar både kollegor, kunder och verksamheten i stort. Du tar ansvar, är lösningsorienterad och bidrar med engagemang och positiv energi till teamet. Kunskap och kvalifikationer Goda kunskaper i tullhantering Noggrann och uppmärksam på detaljer Analytiska färdigheter för att kunna bedöma risker och identifiera problem Förmåga att arbeta i högt tempo och hantera flera uppgifter samtidigt Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, då all kommunikation och dokumentation sker på båda språken

Vi ser att du som person bidrar till den redan goda stämningen i gruppen med öppenhet och nyfikenhet. Vi kommer lägga stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet. Rollen kräver svenskt medborgarskap samt att du uppfyller kraven för säkerhetsprövning.
