The posting

Selecta Recruitment söker två socialsekreterare för ett konsultuppdrag inom Barn och unga i Lysekils kommun. Uppdraget passar dig som är trygg i myndighetsutövning och har erfarenhet av att självständigt arbeta med barn, ungdomar och deras familjer. Om uppdraget Barn- och ungdomsenheten arbetar med myndighetsutövning för barn och unga i åldern 0–20 år samt deras föräldrar. Som konsult bidrar du med din kompetens i bedömningar, utredningar och uppföljning, med barnets behov och trygghet i fokus. Dina arbetsuppgifter omfattar att: Självständigt genomföra skydds- och förhandsbedömningar.

Utreda och följa upp insatser enligt SoL och LVU.

Dokumentera och handlägga ärenden inom verksamhetsområdet.

Samverka med vårdnadshavare, nätverk, skola och andra berörda aktörer.

Din profil Vi söker dig som har socionomexamen och erfarenhet av myndighetsutövning inom barn och unga. Du är väl förtrogen med SoL och LVU och kan självständigt driva arbetet från bedömning till utredning och uppföljning. Du arbetar strukturerat, gör välgrundade bedömningar och uttrycker dig väl på svenska i tal och skrift. Du har ett professionellt bemötande och skapar goda samarbeten med både familjer, kollegor och externa aktörer. Omfattning och uppdragsperiod Antal konsulter: Två. Omfattning: Heltid, 100 procent per konsult. Planerad start: 16 november 2026. Planerat slut: 30 juni 2027, med eventuell förlängning. Arbetstid: Måndag–fredag kl. 08.00–17.00. Placering: Lysekils kommun.

Arbetet utförs på plats. Distansarbete kan godkännas i samråd med enhetschef. Om konsultbehovet förändras under avtalsperioden kan uppdraget sägas upp med 30 dagars uppsägningstid.
