Du kan arbeta från vårt kontor i Lund eller delvis hemifrån. Om rollen Som kundserviceagent är du kontaktpunkten mellan våra uppdragsgivare och deras kunder. Du hanterar ärenden via telefon, mejl och chatt tillsammans med ditt team. Rollen innebär variation över tid då du kan arbeta med olika uppdrag och varumärken.

Omfattning: Vi söker i första hand dig som kan arbeta heltid, men deltid kan också vara aktuellt för rätt person och tillgänglighet.

Arbetstider: Främst dagtid, men kvällar och helger kan förekomma

Vi söker dig som:

Talar och skriver flytande svenska (obligatoriskt krav) – Det är avgörande att du obehindrat och professionellt kan uttrycka dig väl på svenska i alla kanaler.

Talar och skriver flytande danska (obligatoriskt krav).

Har gymnasieutbildning eller motsvarande.

Har tidigare arbetslivserfarenhet (meriterande om du har arbetat med kundservice tidigare).

Som person är du positiv, lösningsorienterad och trivs med att arbeta med människor. Du är lyhörd, tar ansvar och bidrar till teamet. Vi erbjuder:
