Nu söker vi på Uddeholms AB en chef till vår redovisningsenhet som vill leda och utveckla vår redovisningsfunktion samtidigt som du bidrar till verksamhetens fortsatta utveckling. Om rollen Som chef för redovisning så kommer du ingå i ekonomis ledningsgrupp och rapporterar direkt till CFO. Tillsammans med ditt team ansvarar du för att säkerställa en effektiv och kvalitativ redovisningsprocess samt att verksamheten följer gällande regelverk, skattelagstiftning och interna kontrollkrav. Rollen innebär många kontaktytor, både internt och externt. Du stöttar verksamheten i redovisning- och ekonomifrågor samt har kontakt med våra leverantörer och samarbetar med koncernens finance holding i Wien. Du har därmed en bred roll där du får kombinera ledarskap, specialistkunskap och verksamhetsutveckling. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter Som Chef Redovisning ansvarar du bland annat för att: Leda, coacha och utveckla redovisningsgruppen Säkerställa kvalitet och effektivitet i bokslutsprocessen samt tillhörande dokumentation Ansvara för årsredovisning och deklarationer Säkerställa korrekt tillämpning av IFRS och andra redovisningsregelverk Ansvara för leverantör/kundreskontrorna Säkerställa efterlevnad av interna kontrollrutiner och redovisningsprinciper Driva förbättrings- och utvecklingsinitiativ inom redovisningsområdet

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som har en civilekonomexamen eller motsvarande utbildning samt flera års erfarenhet av kvalificerat redovisningsarbete inom en större organisation. Du har en god förståelse för redovisningsprocesser och regelverk, och känner dig trygg i att arbeta både operativt och strategiskt. Det är meriterande om du har: Tidigare erfarenhet av personalansvar eller annan ledande roll Erfarenhet av SAP eller liknande affärssystem Erfarenhet av arbete enligt IFRS

Som person är du strukturerad, noggrann och analytisk. Du har en naturlig förmåga att se samband, lösa problem och fatta välgrundade beslut. Eftersom rollen innebär många kontakter både inom och utanför organisationen är du kommunikativ och samarbetar effektivt med olika funktioner. Du trivs i en föränderlig miljö och har förmågan att hantera komplexa frågeställningar med ett lugnt och metodiskt arbetssätt. Har du dessutom ett intresse för system och digitalisering ser vi det som en fördel.
