Backer AB söker nu en erfaren Underhålls- och fastighetschef som vill ta ett övergripande ansvar för såväl tekniskt underhåll som fastighetsförvaltning! Om tjänsten Som Underhållschef ansvarar du för underhållsverksamheten och fastighetsdriften inom produktionsanläggningen för element och systemprodukter. Du har det övergripande ansvaret för att säkerställa en säker, effektiv och driftsäker verksamhet samt leder och utvecklar ett team om cirka 15 medarbetare. I rollen arbetar du nära produktion, projektorganisation, leverantörer och externa samarbetspartners. Du driver utvecklingen av det förebyggande underhållet och tekniska förbättringar med fokus på hög tillgänglighet, kostnadseffektivitet och långsiktig hållbarhet. Rollen kombinerar operativt ansvar med strategiskt utvecklingsarbete och ger dig möjlighet att påverka både verksamhetens resultat och framtida utveckling. Dina arbetsuppgifter

Leda och utveckla underhållsorganisationen

Ansvara för fastighetsdrift och tekniska system

Utveckla och implementera underhållsstrategier, rutiner och arbetssätt

Hantera budget, investeringar och upphandlingar

Driva förbättringsprojekt inom energi, modernisering och automation

Säkerställa en säker, effektiv och hållbar drift

Vidare är du strukturerad och lösningsorienterad, med förmåga att driva utveckling och fatta välgrundade beslut i en verksamhet med högt tempo. Formella krav

Teknisk utbildning inom exempelvis el, maskin, drift eller fastighet.

Erfarenhet av att leda verksamhet inom underhåll, drift eller fastighetsförvaltning.

God kunskap inom underhållsmetodik och fastighetstekniska system.

Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift.

Meriterande kvalifikationer

Behörighet som elektriker (A eller minst AL)

Erfarenhet av projektledning.

Erfarenhet av arbetat med digitala system och verksamhetsutveckling.

Erfarenhet av arbete enligt ISO 14001 och ISO 9001.
