Nu söker vi en Underhållsingenjör till våra pappersmaskiner PM5 och PM8 på Edet Bruk i Lilla Edet.

Om rollen

Som Underhållsansvarig har du ett övergripande ansvar för underhållet inom ditt område och för två av våra pappersmaskiner. Du arbetar nära produktionen, tekniker och andra nyckelfunktioner för att säkerställa hög tillgänglighet, stabil drift och ett långsiktigt hållbart underhåll. Rollen är en ersättningsrekrytering då en uppskattad och mycket erfaren medarbetare går i pension under 2027 efter många år i verksamheten. Det ger dig möjlighet att komma in i rollen i god tid, bygga förståelse för anläggningen och successivt ta över ansvaret tillsammans med en kollega som besitter djup kunskap om verksamheten. Rollen är både operativ och strategisk. Ena dagen leder du arbetet kring ett akut arbete, nästa dag arbetar du med förebyggande underhåll, grundorsaksanalyser eller utveckling av nya arbetssätt. Du har inget direkt personalansvar men fungerar som en naturlig ledare och koordinator för det team av mekaniker och automationstekniker som stödjer området.

Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden

Driva och utveckla underhållsarbetet för ditt ansvarsområde Följa upp och utveckla underhållsrelaterade KPI:er Planera och koordinera förebyggande underhåll och långsiktiga underhållsinsatser Leda och genomföra grundorsaksanalyser vid störningar och haverier Koordinera tekniker och externa leverantörer i samband med underhållsinsatser Planera och utföra inköp av material, reservdelar och tjänster Säkerställa att teknisk dokumentation och instruktioner hålls uppdaterade Bidra till ett nära samarbete mellan underhålls- och produktionsorganisationen Identifiera förbättringsmöjligheter och driva utvecklingsinitiativ inom området

Vem du är

Vi tror att du har erfarenhet från en industrimiljö där tillgänglighet, driftsäkerhet och teknik är centrala delar av verksamheten. Du behöver inte vara specialist inom alla teknikområden, men du har en god teknisk förståelse och ett genuint intresse för hur anläggningar fungerar. Du trivs i en roll där du får ta egna initiativ, prioritera mellan olika frågor och skapa struktur i en vardag som ibland förändras snabbt.

Vi ser gärna att du har:

Erfarenhet av underhållsarbete inom industri eller processindustri God förståelse för mekanik och erfarenhet av tekniskt felsökningsarbete Grundläggande förståelse för el- och automationssystem Erfarenhet av underhållssystem eller andra tekniska IT-system Förmåga att planera, koordinera och organisera arbete på ett strukturerat sätt Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet från exempelvis processindustri, petrokemisk industri, energianläggningar eller livsmedelsindustri. Erfarenhet av CAD och teknisk dokumentation är också ett plus.
