Är du en tekniskt skicklig problemlösare med erfarenhet av industriellt underhåll? Vi söker nu en underhållsmekaniker till en modern produktionsmiljö.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER I rollen som underhållsmekaniker arbetar du med att säkerställa en hög driftsäkerhet i produktionen genom förebyggande och avhjälpande underhåll. Arbetet är varierande och innebär såväl planerade underhållsinsatser som snabb felsökning när problem uppstår i produktionen. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter innefattar:

Förebyggande och avhjälpande underhåll av produktionsmaskiner och processutrustning

Felsökning, reparation och mekaniska åtgärder vid driftstörningar

Service och kontroll av transportörer, förpackningsutrustning, vågar och annan produktionsutrustning

Felsökning och arbete med mekaniska och pneumatiska komponenter

Byte och justering av exempelvis lager, kedjor, drivningar och andra maskinkomponenter

Genomföra planerade inspektioner och serviceåtgärder

Dokumentera utfört arbete och arbeta aktivt i företagets underhållssystem

Delta i förbättringsarbete och förebyggande åtgärder för att öka anläggningens tillgänglighet

Samarbeta nära produktion, kvalitet och övriga funktioner i verksamheten

PERSONLIGA EGENSKAPER OCH KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som är praktiskt lagd, tekniskt intresserad och har ett naturligt driv att hitta orsaken när något inte fungerar. Du arbetar metodiskt och säkerhetsmedvetet även när tempot är högt och förstår vikten av att få produktionen i gång på ett hållbart och korrekt sätt. Du trivs med att arbeta både självständigt och tillsammans med andra och har lätt för att kommunicera med operatörer, tekniker och andra funktioner i verksamheten. För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har:

Erfarenhet av underhåll, felsökning och reparation inom industri eller produktion

God mekanisk förståelse och praktisk maskinvana

Erfarenhet av förebyggande och avhjälpande underhåll

Förmåga att läsa och förstå tekniska instruktioner och dokumentation

God datorvana och förmåga att dokumentera utförda underhållsinsatser

Goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift

Det är även meriterande om du har erfarenhet av:

Livsmedels- eller processindustri

Pneumatik

El- och styrsystem

PLC och automatiserad produktionsutrustning

Robot- eller förpackningsutrustning

Svetsning, gärna i rostfritt material

Arbete i underhållssystem

Förbättrings- och effektiviseringsarbete inom produktion
