Underhållstekniker – Förebyggande Underhåll Vill du arbeta långsiktigt med teknik, förbättringar och förebyggande underhåll i en modern industrimiljö? Quant etablerar nu en ny organisation för förebyggande underhåll och underhållsutveckling hos en ledande tillverkande verksamhet i Örebroregionen. Vi söker därför flera Underhållstekniker inom Förebyggande Underhåll som vill vara med och bygga upp arbetssätt, rutiner och strategier för framtidens underhåll. Det här är inte en traditionell underhållsteknikerroll med fokus på akuta störningar. Rollen passar dig som drivs av att förebygga problem innan de uppstår och som vill bidra till ökad driftsäkerhet, kvalitet och teknisk tillgänglighet. Om tjänsten Som Underhållstekniker – Förebyggande Underhåll blir du en del av ett dedikerat team för förebyggande underhåll och underhållsutveckling. Teamet leds av en Chef Underhållsutveckling och består av underhållsingenjörer och underhållstekniker som tillsammans ansvarar för att utveckla och genomföra kundens förebyggande underhållsstrategi. Verksamheten omfattar bland annat: CNC-bearbetning Skärande bearbetning Härdverk Smidesutrustning Automatiserade produktionsanläggningar

Du kommer att arbeta nära både produktion, underhållsingenjörer och kundens tekniska organisation. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Genomföra förebyggande underhåll enligt fastställda underhållsplaner Utföra inspektioner, kontroller och tillståndsbedömningar av utrustning Identifiera avvikelser och förbättringsmöjligheter Delta i utveckling och förbättring av underhållsprogram Medverka vid grundorsaksanalyser och förbättringsarbete Arbeta med vibrationsmätning och andra tillståndskontroller Bidra till utveckling av arbetsinstruktioner och standarder Dokumentera utfört arbete i underhållssystem Samverka med produktion för att säkerställa hög teknisk tillgänglighet

Om dig Vi söker dig som har ett genuint teknikintresse och som trivs med att arbeta metodiskt och långsiktigt. Du gillar att förstå hur utrustning fungerar, varför fel uppstår och hur de kan förebyggas. Vi tror att du har: Erfarenhet av industriellt underhåll Erfarenhet av mekaniskt underhållsarbete God problemlösningsförmåga Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och strukturerat God samarbetsförmåga Ett starkt säkerhetsfokus

Meriterande erfarenheter CNC-maskiner och skärande bearbetning Pneumatik Hydraulik Vibrationsmätning Tillståndsbaserat underhåll (CBM) Underhållssystem (CMMS) El- och automationserfarenhet Erfarenhet från fordonsindustrin
