Arbetsbeskrivning Är du en teknisk problemlösare med stark bakgrund inom drift, underhåll och fastighetsteknik? Har du dessutom erfarenhet av både fastighetselektronik och hydraulik? Då kan du vara den vi söker för att ta ett helhetsansvar för vår produktionsanläggning i Färgelanda!

Som underhållstekniker hos Artifex har du det övergripande ansvaret för vår fastighetsförvaltning samt drift och underhåll i vår industri- och produktionsmiljö. Rollen är både strategisk och operativ; du agerar projektledare för moderniseringar och ombyggnationer samtidigt som du säkerställer att den löpande tekniska driften fungerar smidigt. Du blir navet i vår tekniska organisation och fungerar som huvudsaklig kontaktpunkt gentemot externa entreprenörer, leverantörer och myndigheter. Tjänsten är placerad i Färgelanda. Arbetstiderna kommer inte att vara förlagda till dagskift, utan man hamnar antingen på ett fast nattskift eller helgskift. Därav ser vi att du är helt flexibel med dina arbetstider och trivs med skiftgång.

Ansvarsområden Drift & Underhåll: Planera, leda och utföra förebyggande samt avhjälpande underhåll på fastighetens tekniska system och produktionsnära infrastruktur under aktuellt arbetspass. Felsökning & Reparation: Ansvara för service och underhåll av fastighetselektronik samt system kopplade till industriell hydraulik och pneumatik. Projektledning & Drift: Driva, strukturera och följa upp projekt rörande ombyggnationer, maskininvesteringar och energieffektiviseringar, samt säkra driften när produktionen är igång. Externa kontakter: Samordna och kravställa arbete som utförs av externa entreprenörer och servicepartner samt tillse att myndighetskrav efterlevs.

Kvalifikationer Yrkeserfarenhet: Du har relevant och dokumenterad erfarenhet av fastighetsförvaltning eller tekniskt underhåll i en industriell produktionsmiljö. Teknisk spetskompetens: Du ska ha tidigare arbetat med fastighetselektronik och ha god förståelse för styr- och reglerteknik. Erfarenhet av felsökning och underhåll av hydrauliksystem är ett krav. Utbildning: Teknisk utbildning på gymnasial eller eftergymnasial nivå (gärna med en el-teknisk bakgrund i botten). Personliga egenskaper & Arbetstider: Vi söker en strukturerad, självständig och handlingskraftig person. Eftersom tjänsten innebär skiftarbete – där man antingen arbetar nattskift eller helgskift – krävs det att du är flexibel med dina arbetstider och trivs med de förutsättningar som obekväm arbetstid innebär.
