Hos oss i Region Dalarna får du ett meningsfullt arbete där du kan göra skillnad. Tillsammans arbetar vi för ett hållbart Dalarna med utvecklingskraft i länets alla delar. Om verksamheten Vårdcentral Ludvika har ungefär 15 300 listade patienter och är en av två Regiondrivna vårdcentraler i Ludvika kommun. På vårdcentralen arbetar specialister i allmänmedicin, ST-läkare, AT-läkare, underläkare, distriktssköterskor, sjuksköterskor, specialistsjuksköterskor, undersköterskor, samtalsterapeuter, psykolog, sjukgymnaster, arbetsterapeuter, rehab-koordinator, vårdsamordnare psykisk hälsa och medicinska sekreterare. Vårdcentralen är belägen på Ludvika lasarett och närmaste akutmottagning finns i Falun. På Ludvika lasarett finns en Närakut som organisatoriskt ligger i Primärvården som tar emot patienter som söker akut från hela området. Det finns också ett Mobilt team som gör hembesök hos patienter som har svårt att ta sig till vårdcentralen. Arbetsuppgifter Som vikarierande underläkare hos oss erbjuder vi dig ett utmanande och omväxlande jobb. Handledning kommer att finnas av erfaren läkare. Arbetet är varierande med patienter i alla åldrar och situationer. Du kommer att arbeta självständigt med mottagningsarbete med både akuta bedömningar och baskontroller av t.ex. diabetes och hypertoni. På plats finns alltid en tillgänglig läkare att konsultera. Varje vecka har läkarna kollegiala läkarmöten och kontinuerliga utbildningar planeras in. Du har också möjlighet att påverka ditt schema och bokningskalender. Möjlighet finns att arbeta viss tid hemifrån med administration och digitala besök. Kvalifikationer Du är legitimerad underläkare. Det är viktigt att du behärskar det svenska språket i tal och skrift(C1-nivå). Du ska kunna arbeta i journalsystemet Cosmic. Du skall ha ett intresse för primärvård och gärna tidigare erfarenhet av arbete på vårdcentral alternativt arbetat på annan mottagning. Du har god kommunikativ förmåga och kan samarbeta med andra men också arbeta självständigt och fatta egna beslut. Du har god empatisk förmåga, ett professionellt arbetssätt och ett gott bemötande. Vi lägger stor vikt på personliga egenskaper.
